What is taught
Sets 1/2 follow the Route Nationale 2 textbook (units 4,5,6, 7,8,9,10):
Showing someone around you home; TV; morning routine; School, subjects and teachers; Getting ready to go on a visit; A weekend in a holiday village; Talking about clubs you belong to and activities you do there. Health, illnesses; lost property; Communicating with people; clothes, buying presents; writing thank you letters.
Set 3 follows the Route Nationale 2 (units 3,4,5,6):-
Set 4 and Special Needs classes follow the Route National 2 'Extra' textbook (units 3,4,5,6,) -(subject matter as above)
Homework
Minimum of one per week based on writing or learning..
How progress is assessed
Assessment in 4 skill areas at end of each unit of course covered.
Stickers inside front cover records marks scored in each unit.
Other Information
ICT lessons once a fortnight.
